Kathleen Rudolph Ross
Kathleen holds a BFA in Jazz Dance Performance from University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Her students have gone on to dance at UArts, Tennessee, Fordham, The Ailey School, DeSales, Muhlenberg, West Chester and Temple.
She has choreographed for the Trenton Freedom Xtreme Dance Team, judged for Starpower, Revolution, Believe and Imagine, and appeared as a judge on Lifetime’s Dance Moms.

Sarah Guld
A former Philadelphia 76ers NBA dancer who also performed at Sesame Place, Sarah has trained dancers for more than eight years in jazz, lyrical, hip hop and contemporary, winning numerous choreography awards.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Elementary & Special Education from Holy Family University and designs costumes through her SAG Designs line.

Kay opened the studio in 1980 — 46 years later, her name is still on the door.

Jeanie Chrome
B.F.A. in Dance from University of the Arts, specializing in Jazz, with Vaganova syllabus certification (Levels 1–6). Former owner and artistic director of Releve Dance Academy, with five years of experience teaching competition teams.

Tara Kelly
A Kay’s alumna and graduate of The College of New Jersey, Tara teaches preschool and beginner ballet. She completed the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet teacher training program and has danced professionally with the Trenton Freedom Xtreme Dance Team since 2013.

Danielle Hetherington
A West Chester University graduate with a dance minor, Danielle has trained since age 3, performed with the Reading Phillies semi-professional dance team, taught at Lionville School of Dance, and has performed at Sesame Place since 2009.

Laura Metzger
Laura danced at Kay’s from age three through high school, then captained the Synergy Dance Company at The College of New Jersey. She teaches at the studio alongside her career as a pharmacist.

A Kay’s alumna and Shippensburg University graduate, Ali danced four years with the In-Motion Dance Troupe, where she also served as treasurer.
